Hiring Process

Textron Aviation discovers and develops the best professionals in the industry. To find these individual to join our team, we made the application process simple and straightforward.

Apply Online 

Create a profile, upload your resume, complete any required assessments and submit your application! You can track the status of your application using the Jobs Summary tab. No phone calls please. If you have been marked “not selected” or “disqualified,” you have not been selected for the position you applied for. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific feedback due to the volume of applications we receive.

Candidate Screening 

A Textron Aviation HR representative will contact qualified candidates for an initial talent screening.

Manager Review 

Textron Aviation representatives will review the most qualified candidates with the hiring manager and decide whom to bring in for an interview.

Interview and Evaluation 

After interviews, Textron Aviation representatives and managers will evaluate each candidate and make a final decision.


Textron Aviation representatives will reach out to the selected candidate and make a verbal offer, followed by a formal letter. Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a physical, a drug screen and a background check.


Once the position is filled, other candidates will be notified of disqualification in the online system or through a formal letter.
